Technical engineering is only half the battle. The other half is execution — managing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholders across complex electrical infrastructure projects. At SAM Engineering LLC, our principal engineer holds a PMP certification and has successfully delivered international energy and industrial projects.

We provide project management services for owners, contractors, and developers who need disciplined leadership on electrical-heavy projects.

Project Management

Our project management services include:

  • Project planning and work breakdown structure (WBS)

  • Engineering schedule development and tracking

  • Budget estimation and cost control

  • Vendor and contractor coordination

  • Risk management and mitigation

  • Quality assurance and technical oversight

  • Commissioning support and closeout

Example projects we’ve managed:

  • LNG terminal electrical infrastructure (international)

  • Manufacturing plant power upgrades

  • Data center electrical delivery

  • Utility substation modifications

  • EV charging network deployments

Why PMP matters for your project:PMP-certified project management reduces delays, controls costs, and improves communication between engineering, construction, and operations teams.

We are based in Nevada and serve clients across NV and Texas, with ability to support national or international projects depending on scope.

FAQ – Project Management

Do you only manage projects you also engineer?

Not necessarily. We can manage third-party engineering or contractor-led projects where independent PM oversight is needed.

What is your typical project management fee structure?

We work on fixed-fee, time-and-materials, or percentage-of-construction depending on project size and complexity.

Can you provide P.E. stamping on a project you manage?

Yes, provided the engineering meets our standard of review. We do not separate management from technical accountability.
